Return policy

Each jewel is designed and made with care, however, if you are not satisfied, we accept an exchange on the products of our online store within 14 days of purchase.

If you bought your jewel in one of our outlets, call the store in question to find out what are their return policies. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Once we have received the returned jewelery, we will send you an email containing a credit to be spent in the year.

If you would like to exchange a jewel, email us at sales@anaellelepont.com and tell us your order number.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable; We advise you to send your package with a tracking number and a consequent insurance to the value of the jewel. We are not responsible if your package is lost or damaged and will not refund you.

Attention, custom orders and items on sale are not exchangeable.

Please note that each piece is handmade and may vary slightly from the photographed product.

Repair policy 

Feel free to email us at sales@anaellelepont.com if your jewel needs repair or if it arrives by mail in bad condition. Jewelry that needs repair can be returned within 60 days of purchase and repair will not be charged. Describe the problem, and attach a picture of it. If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the jewel at no cost.

If the damage is due to natural wear or accident, a minimum charge starting from $ 25 will be applied.

Attention, the shipping costs of your jewel to repair are your responsibility, even if the damage is a manufacturing defect or due to the mailing. We advise you to send your package with a tracking number and a consequent insurance to the value of the jewel. We are not responsible if your package is lost or damaged and will not refund you.

After receiving your email, we will write the procedure to follow.

Delivery 

All our jewelry online are made as and when orders, unless we have the model in stock. We work at best and as soon as possible to satisfy you, but we can not give an exact date for sending. Allow one to two weeks to complete your piece and send it.

To receive a jewel on a specific date or to find out if a piece is in our inventory, do not hesitate to contact us via sales@anaellelepont.com.

 

Delivery Rates 

-For shipments to Canada, shipping costs are FREE. We chose the COLIS XPRESSPOST-1 Canada Post business day option with a signed a confirmation of receipt and assurance on the value of the ordered jewelery.

 -For shipments to the United States, we have chosen Canada Post’s ACCELERATED PACKAGES-3 to 5 business days with signed confirmation of receipt and insurance and CAN $ 10  per shipment. Customs charges may be required at reception; it is up to the buyer to pay for them in this case.

-For international shipments, we have chosen the INTERNATIONAL POSTABLE PACKAGE option – 7 business days from Canada Post and charge CAN $ 10 per shipment. Customs charges may be required at reception; it is up to the buyer to pay for them in this case.

Materials 

Anaëlle Lepont uses allergy-limiting materials such as silver, gold, plexiglass, glass or stainless steel. However, you may still be allergic to some of the materials used: read the specifications of our product sheets before buying them.

We avoid at most the use of chemicals for surface treatment and we work with suppliers who have the same approach as us.  

 

Jewelry care

Silver jewelry, whether it has a surface treatment (matte, shiny, satin, oxidized) or not, can tarnish over time and according to the use you make of your jewelry. We recommend that you put them in a jewel box to slow down this process.

Be careful not to put your jewelry in direct contact with chemicals (perfume, bleach, cleaning products) and dry your piece well when it is wet.

Regularly, clean your jewelry by soaking in warm, soapy water and rub gently with a soft bristle brush.

You can restore the luster of your jewel by bringing it to a polisher, or with a polishing cloth you can gently rub the surface to be cleaned.

Some porous stones or organic components must be kept in special condition: for example, avoid contact with perspiration, perfume and household products, pearls and coral. Clean only with a soft, dry cloth. Same for amber, lapis lazuli, turquoises, opals and jade. Avoid rubbing with other jewelry and especially diamonds, and store them individually in jewel cases, cloth bags or plastic bags.

We can also advise you for very dirty jewelry. Pay attention to ultrasonic cleaning, if your stones sets are old and damaged, gems will go away. Refer to a professional, or contact us!

Likewise, write to us if your gold-plated jewel is damaged, we can gold-plated it again or we can refer you to a professional in your region / country.

We offer touch up surface finishes once a year for 2 years after your purchase.  

 

Ring resizing

Before any purchase, refer to the FAQ page (Frequently Asked Questions), you will see how to find the size of your fingers. However, if you are mistaken, you can return the ring (within 2 weeks after purchase) and we will change its size for you. However, the shipping will be at your expense.
